Rates & Insurance Information

Free consultation:

To help us explore if working together is a good fit for your counseling, I offer a free 15 minute consultation by phone. This will give you a chance to ask any questions you have to find if I am suited to help your needs.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to make an appointment, I ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice, or you will be charged the full fee for a session. If you have to cancel a Monday appointment, you will need to reach out to me by Thursday morning at the latest. I make exceptions to this for sudden physical illness or an unanticipated circumstance that could reasonably be considered an emergency.

Fees

Individual counseling session (50 minutes, unless we have pre-arranged otherwise): $155. My reduced rate slots are currently full.

Insurance

I am in-network with Aetna. I am an out-of-network provider for all other insurance providers. For those that wish to receive reimbursement, I can provide you with the proper paperwork/receipt of service for you to possibly be reimbursed by your insurance. It is a good idea to check with your provider about out-of-network outpatient mental/behavioral health coverage before we begin working together.

Payment

I accept payment via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover,).
